Men's Therapy Group: Exploring Masculinity and Well-being

Virtual Men's Support Group

In today's world, the expectations placed on men can feel overwhelming and isolating. This group offers a safe and supportive space to explore what it truly means to be a man in the 21st century. Together, we'll unpack societal beliefs and cultural norms that shape our identities, examine past wounds and their impact on our present lives, and explore healthier relational patterns with partners, family, and friends.

Through open discussion, guided exercises, and a focus on developing emotional intelligence, we'll address topics such as healthy masculinity, anger management, and building authentic connections. This group is designed to empower you to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life, grounded in self-awareness and genuine connection with yourself and others. We will explore topics such as:

  • What it means to be a man - what is healthy masculinity?

  • What our belief systems and culture say about the roles and identities of men

  • Past wounds and how they impact us today

  • Relational patterns with partners, family, and friends.

  • Dealing with anger

  • Other topics proposed by the group

This facilitated group meets weekly, offering a safe space for men to challenge societal expectations, build emotional intelligence, and empower themselves to live more authentic lives.

The group has a limit of 10 people.
